No-Refunds Policy

Why

Every product is a digital good delivered instantly and in full at the moment of purchase. Because there is no way to "return" a digital file once it has been accessed, we ask that you review each product's description, contents, and pricing carefully before buying.

Access issues

If you did not receive your product, or a download link is broken, contact us and we'll make sure you get access — this is a delivery fix, not a refund, and we handle it promptly.

Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback instead of contacting us for a delivery issue may result in loss of access to all Masculine Hub products.
